If you have service records or know of an active recall, bring those too. For a specific repair, your wheel-lock key (for tire work) and a note of recent work help. You do not need much; clear symptoms help us diagnose faster.

The single most useful thing is a clear description of the symptom: a noise that happens only when turning, a vibration that starts at highway speed, a light that flashes versus stays steady. Those clues shorten the diagnosis.
