Short answer
Both work. Walk-ins are welcome at Super Tire & Muffler in Cortland, OH, but booking an appointment online or by phone usually means a shorter wait, especially on Saturdays. For quick jobs like an oil change you can often wait in the lobby; for bigger work, you are welcome to drop the vehicle off and we will call when it is ready.
When to call ahead
For same-day urgent problems (a flat, a brake noise, a car that will not start), call us directly so we can fit you in. For routine maintenance, an appointment locks in a time that works for you and lets us have the right parts ready.
Our hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 5 and Saturday 8 to noon; Sunday is by appointment.
