- How big a truck can you service?

- Towing and hauling add a lot of weight, and that weight is what your brakes have to stop. The extra heat and force wear pads and rotors quicker, especially on hills or in stop-and-go work. We inspect truck brakes closely and give you a straight rundown: what is worn, what can wait, and what it will take.
- My truck sags in the back when loaded. Can you fix that?
- Often, yes. Sagging usually means worn springs, tired shocks, or overloaded suspension. We will look at the whole setup, call you with what is worn, and give you a written estimate. Helper springs or air helpers can also be an option depending on how you use the truck.
- Can you do an oil change and full service on a diesel pickup?

- Do you sell and install tires for trucks?
- We do. We are a Cooper Tire and Goodyear dealer and we stock and install light-truck and work-truck tires. We will help you match the right tire to how you use the truck, whether that is towing, off-road, or daily miles.
- My truck pulls or the steering feels loose. What is that?
- Pulling or wandering can come from alignment, worn steering parts, tire wear, or suspension play. Loaded trucks stress these parts harder than cars do. We will inspect the front end, find the cause, and go over it with you.
- Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
- Walk-ins are welcome and we will get to you as soon as we can. For a bigger truck job or to cut your wait, calling ahead helps us plan and have the right parts ready. We are open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to noon.
- Will I know the cost up front?
- Always. We look it over, call you with a written estimate, and do not start until you approve it. No surprises and no upsells. If we find something else along the way, we stop and check with you first.
