Exhaust & mufflers

The exhaust shop that gives the muffler its name.

Stock replacements, custom performance builds, catalytic converters. Fabricated in-house, not ordered and bolted.

Exhaust work

From a loud muffler to a full custom build.

We weld, fabricate, and fit. Walk in with a rattle; drive out quiet. Or louder. Your call.

Muffler replacement

Worn or blown muffler? We stock direct-fit replacements for most vehicles and fabricate when a bolt-on isn't the right answer.

Custom exhaust fabrication

Performance builds, muscle cars, trucks. Custom-bent and welded in the shop. Bring us what you're building and we'll make it sound right.

Catalytic converter

Replacement and repair for a failing cat. We use OEM-equivalent units. P0420 / check-engine-light diagnosis included.

Flex pipe & mid-pipe

Cracked flex pipe is one of the more common exhaust leaks. Fabricated-to-fit, welded, not clamped.

Exhaust manifold

Cracked or warped manifold lets exhaust gases leak before the O2 sensor reads anything useful. We replace and reseal.

Full system inspection

If something sounds wrong and you're not sure what, bring it in. We'll put it on the lift and trace the noise in under an hour.

Why this shop

We fabricate. Most shops replace.

A lot of exhaust shops are parts-changers: bolt on what the catalog says fits and hand you a bill. We have the equipment to custom-bend, weld, and fabricate in-house.

That matters when the catalog doesn't have your application: older muscle cars, lifted trucks, custom applications. And it means we can give you a custom sound on a stock vehicle if that's what you're after.

No sublet. No "we'll have to send that out." Done here.

Warning signs

When to bring it in.

  • Rumbling or rattling from underneath

A broken hanger or loose heat shield makes a rattle; a cracked pipe or bad muffler is more of a rumble. Both are worth a look.

  • Hissing or popping from the engine

That sound at idle or acceleration usually means an exhaust manifold leak: gases escaping before the cat.

  • Check engine light P0420 / P0430

Catalyst efficiency codes almost always mean the cat needs to go. Can also point to an O2 sensor.

  • Smell of exhaust inside the cabin

If you can smell exhaust while driving, that's a leak somewhere between the engine and the tailpipe. Get it looked at: carbon monoxide risk.

  • Reduced fuel economy

A restricted exhaust (backed-up cat, collapsed pipe) makes your engine work harder and your fuel bill climb.
