One thing we say plainly to Pennsylvania customers: we cannot perform your PA state inspection. That has to be done at a PennDOT-certified inspection station, and those are in Pennsylvania. What we can do is everything else, including the repairs on a failed-inspection list, which you then take back to a PA station for the sticker. - Yes. Bring us the list of what failed and we will inspect the vehicle, confirm what it actually needs, and quote it in writing. Once the work is done you take it back to a PA-certified station for the sticker.
