Kinsman is farm-and-township country in the northeast corner of Trumbull County, near where Ohio meets Pennsylvania. Out here a vehicle earns its keep: trucks haul and tow, cars stack up commuting miles, and everything takes a beating from township roads and real winters. When tires wear, brakes grind, or an exhaust lets go, Kinsman drivers have a direct line to us: Route 5 itself.
Super Tire & Muffler sits at 3485 State Route 5 in Cortland, family-owned by the Freemans since 1980. We are ASE-certified and a NAPA Auto Care Center, and we work on all makes and models: tires sold, mounted, balanced, and repaired; brake jobs; muffler and exhaust work with a dedicated exhaust specialist; oil changes; A/C; and check-engine diagnostics. Everything is inspected on the lift, explained plainly in a phone call, and written into a free estimate. The work starts on your go-ahead.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to noon. Kinsman-area customers often pair a visit with errands in Cortland or Warren. Call (330) 638-7600 and we will get you on the schedule.

What folks from Kinsman want to know before they come in.
- Do you serve Kinsman, OH?
- Yes. Kinsman is in northeast Trumbull County, and State Route 5 (our shop sits right on it in Cortland) runs northeast to Kinsman. We have served this county since 1980. Call (330) 638-7600 to plan a visit.
- How do I find the shop from Kinsman?
- Take Route 5 toward Cortland and watch for us at 3485 State Route 5. It is the most direct kind of trip there is: the road through your area runs to our door.
- Can you handle farm trucks and vehicles that tow?
- Yes. Towing and hauling accelerate wear on brakes, tires, and suspension, and we work on those vehicles every week. We inspect honestly and quote only what the truck actually needs.
- Do you fix rusted-out exhaust systems?
- That is half our name. Ohio winters and township roads are hard on exhaust, and we have a dedicated exhaust specialist on staff. We repair what can be repaired and replace what cannot, and we lay out the difference plainly when we call you with the estimate.
- What tire brands do you carry for rural driving?
- Continental, Cooper, and Goodyear are our core lines, and we can source other major brands. We will match the tire to gravel, pavement, towing, or all three.
- Can I get everything handled in one trip?
- Yes. Tires, brakes, oil, and exhaust in a single visit is exactly how most of our rural customers use us. Call ahead and we will have the bay ready.
- What if the vehicle cannot make the drive down Route 5?
- Call us at (330) 638-7600 and we can help you arrange a tow-in to the shop.
